DOUGH TESTING DEVICE - Y03
The device is use for the dough pieces weighed 150 gram, will be stretched special hooks of the equipment on 45, 90 and 135 minutes respectively. The Dough Testing Device gives the similar results as Extensograph. The dough shaping, rolling and stretching hook units can be control directly own embedded industrial touch screen PC and software. Obtained curves are evaluated with special software and saved as PDF format.
