Gluten washing device determines the wet gluten amount in the flour. Gluten Washing Device works as suitable for normal flour and whole wheat flour washing process. The Device has two washing heads, as left and right, which enables the device to wash two samples at the same time.  Gluten Washing Device gives similar results as Glutomatic. There is not any button on the device for control of device. The device can control directly from the touchscreen colored display. The kneading period and washing period can be adjusted with the touchscreen colored display. The flow rate of the dosing pumps can be adjusted from the touchscreen colored display. The kneading and washing period, date and time can be see easily on the screen.
